FAQ'S

Have a question? We have the answer!

  • What exactly do you do?
At Scoop 'N Go, we specialize in the professional removal of pet waste from your property. Our comprehensive service includes thoroughly scanning your yard, collecting and safely disposing of all pet waste, and offering additional sanitizing and deodorizing treatments to eliminate odors and reduce bacteria. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and pleasant outdoor space for you and your pets to enjoy.
  • Do you service my area?
We currently service Bell County, Texas. Enter your zipcode in our free quote system for more information.
  • Will you be at my property on the same day each week?
We typically service your yard on the same day each week to maintain consistency and reliability. However, please note that weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require us to adjust our schedule. In such instances, we will promptly inform you of any changes, make every effort to accommodate your needs, and ensure your service is seamless.
  • Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, we recommend that you either unlock your gate on the day of service or provide us with a key, a hidden location for the key, or a gate code. This ensures we can access your yard as scheduled and prevents unnecessary missed cleanings. We prioritize your privacy and security, and all access information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Can my dog be in the yard during the service?
Yes, we love dogs! Please ensure your pet is comfortable with new people and not aggressive. We love dogs and are experienced in handling them; however, for your pet's and our staff's safety, we kindly ask that any dogs who may not be friendly or are uncomfortable with strangers be kept inside during our visit.
  • Do you have a weather policy?
Yes, we have a weather policy in place for our staff's safety and service quality. We do not work in dangerous weather conditions such as thunderstorms, heavy snow, or extreme temperatures. While we are able to work in light rain, we will refrain from servicing yards during lightning stores to ensure safety. If inclement weather prevents us from servicing your yard, we will do our best to reschedule and make up for the missed service. However, in cases where the weather is persistently poor, we may have to skip the service altogether. Rest assured, we will promptly communicate any changes or delays.
  • What if I go on vacation or my dog won't be home?
If your dog is not home, please let us know so we can adjust our schedules and your invoice correctly.
  • How will I be billed?
For billing, we require keeping a credit card on file. You will be automatically charged for our services on the first of each month. Rest assured, we use PCI-compliant software to process all payments, ensuring that your credit card information is always kept secure and confidential. At any time, you will be able to update your credit card information on your client portal that is created when you sign up.
  • What if my service falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled service falls on a major holiday, such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, we understand the importance of these days and will not be providing services on these specific holidays. However, we will do our best to service your yard the day before or the day after the holiday. We aim to ensure minimal disruption to your regular service schedule while also allowing our staff to observe these significant holidays.
